Pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Law of 29 July 2005 on public offeringand the conditions for introducing financial instruments to theorganised trading system and on public companies, the Management Boardof Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska"; "the Company") hereby informsthat on January 5, 2023 it received the following notification from PTEAllianz Polska S.A.:

"Pursuant to Article 69 in conjunction with Article 87(1,2b) of the Lawof 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducingfinancial instruments to the organised trading system and on publiccompanies, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.,managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Allianz OFE") andAllianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny ("Allianz DFE"), informsthat as a result of the merger with Aviva Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna, managing Drugi Allianz PolskaOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Drugi Allianz OFE"), which was effected onDecember 30, 2022 pursuant to Article 67 of the Act of August 28, 1997on the organisation and operation of pension funds (i.e. Journal of Lawsof 2020, item 105, as amended; "the Act on Pension Funds") and Article492(1,1) of the Commercial Companies Code, the aggregate share in theshare capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting ofOrange Polska on the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and DrugiAllianz OFE increased above 5%.

Before merger:

In total, the accounts of Allianz OFE and Allianz DFE held 34,584,302shares, representing 2.64% of the Company's share capital and carrying34,584,302 votes, which constituted 2.64% of the total number of votesat the General Meeting of the Company. The account of Drugi Allianz OFEheld 66,488,705 shares, representing 5.07% of the Company's sharecapital and carrying 66,488,705 votes, which constituted 5.07% of thetotal number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

After merger:

In total, the balance on the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE andDrugi Allianz OFE increased to 101,073,007 shares, representing 7.70% ofthe Company's share capital and carrying 101,073,007 votes, whichconstitutes 7.70% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting ofthe Company.

At the same time, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.,managing jointly Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE, informsthat:
