Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, the The Management Board ofOrange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska", "Company") informs that withreference to the current report published on 29 June 2018, thenegotiations with T-Mobile Polska on access to Orange Polska's fibrenetwork are still ongoing and that the signing of the contract isplanned for 23 July 2018. The transaction is still subject to a positiveopinion of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska.
