("Orange Polska", "Company") informs that withreference to the current report published on 29 June 2018, thenegotiations with T-Mobile Polska on access to Orange Polska's fibrenetwork are still ongoing and that the signing of the contract isplanned for 23 July 2018. The transaction is still subject to a positiveopinion of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska.
