Pursuant to Art. 17 clause 1 of the Regulations (eu) no 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (hereinafter "MAR Regulations"),the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska", "Company")hereby informs that it is taking part in negotiations with MultimediaPolska S.A regarding acquiring 100% shares in Multimedia Polska Energiasp. z o.o. Multimedia Polska Energia distributes energy to bothindividual and business customers. The services are delivered to itscustomers based on Third Party Access (TPA) to energy infrastructure,which is possible thanks to progressive liberalization of the energymarket in Poland. The negotiations are ongoing and the outcome isuncertain. Purchase of Multimedia Polska Energia Sp. z o.o. by OrangePolska, would fit company's strategy of enlarging portfolio of servicesfor households.

Simultaneously, the Company informs, that during the negations process,pursuant to article 17 clause 4 of MAR Regulation, the Company tookdecision to delay to the public disclosure of the above described insideinformation. However, taking into consideration the fact, thatinformation about Orange Polska's participation in the process ofacquiring shares in Multimedia Polska Energia Sp. z o.o. appeared todayin mass media, the Company decided to publish this information in theform of a current report.
