Pursuant to Art. 17 clause 1 of the Regulations (eu) no 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, the Management Board of OrangePolska S.A. ("Orange Polska") hereby informs about the start ofnegotiations with Social Partners.

Orange Polska has started negotiations regarding a new Social Agreement

On November 14, 2017, Orange Polska SA started negotiations with itsSocial Partners on the terms of a new Social Agreement. The newAgreement is to be signed for two years (2018-2019). In particular, itwill determine the number of voluntary leaves during the period, basicsalary increases and the follow-up of the ‘Friendly Work Environment'programme.

Negotiating the new Social Agreement is a part of the implementation ofthe Company's new strategy announced in September 2017, which focuses onthe long-term value creation particularly by improving operationalefficiency.
