Clarisse Heriard Dubreuil, born in 1973, holds the position of Financeand Strategy Director for Europe Division in Orange Group. She began hercareer in the financial department of Air France. In 1999, she joinedthe Orange Group, and since then has held various positions in Franceand abroad, mainly in Finance and Human Resources. She became deputyfinancial director of Orange Belgium, a listed company, in 2012, then in2020 was appointed financial director of the Europe division, following3 years as HR Director for Finance. Through these recent activities, shehas been able to put in place high-stakes transformation plans. She hasworked on major acquisition files within the Group. She is graduate ofFrench Business School in 1996. She obtained the Board Membercertificate of IFA-Sciences Po in July 2021. She is a Supervisory BoardMember of Orange Belgium, Orange Money Romania, Orange RomaniaCommunications and Supervisory Board member and Chairwoman of the AuditCommittee of Orange Spain.
According to her statement, Clarisse Heriard Dubreuil is not engaged inany activities competitive to the business of Orange Polska and is not apartner in any partnership under civil law or another type ofpartnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated companyor any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska.Clarisse Heriard Dubreuil is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
John Russell Houlden, born in 1959, gained extensive experience inaccounting and audit in a variety of financial roles in Spicer _amp;Oppenheim (now part of Deloitte), ICI and BT. Next, he served as FinanceDirector of Lovells (2002 to 2008), Chief Financial Officer of TelecomNew Zealand (2008 to 2010) and Chief Financial Officer of the UnitedUtilities Group (2010 to 2020). From 2011 to 2013 he was a member of theUK Government's Ecosystem Markets Task Force and from 2014 to 2020 hewas also the Chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee of the _#8216;100Group' (which represents THE collective views of FTSE 100 companies tothe IASB, ESMA and other regulatory bodies). From 2020 to 2022 he wasthe Chairman of the Audit Committee of Babcock International Group (aFTSE 250 company) and from 2022 to date he has been an Operating Partnerof Corsair Infrastructure and a Non-executive Director of YorkshireWater.
John Russell Houlden has a first class honours degree from WarwickBusiness School and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD,Stanford and London Business School. He is a Fellow of the CharteredInstitute of Management Accountants, a Chartered Global ManagementAccountant and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Hiscontributions have been recognised with various awards, including NWFinance Director of the Year in 2013 and 2014, Joint Winner of"Excellence in Reporting" in the Building Public Trust Awards 2015 andWinner of "Communicating Integrated Thinking" in the Finance For TheFuture Awards 2016. Member of the Orange Polska Supervisory Board andChairman of the Audit Committee since 2014.

Laurent Martinez, born in 1968 is becoming CFO of Orange Group as of 1September 2023. He is currently CFO of Alstom since July 2018. InFebruary 2021, Alstom finalized the acquisition of BombardierTransportation, leading to the creation of the worldwide leader of Railtransportation. In 1996, Laurent Martinez joined Astrium (now AirbusDefence and Space), where he held various functions in financecontrolling. At the creation of EADS in 2001, he was named Head ofControlling Space _amp; Defence division, based in Munich. In 2004, hebecame Chief Financial Officer of Astrium Space Transportation. Laurentmoved to Airbus in 2009 to become Head of Airbus Group controlling,performance and accounting. From 2015 to 2018, Laurent has been leadingAirbus Services Business Unit, as a worldwide organization. LaurentMartinez is a graduate engineer in Electronic _amp; Telecom from ENSEEIHTengineering school and holds a Master degree in finance and accounting.He is member of Henkel Supervisory Board since 2023.
