Pursuant to art. 5, item 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuersof securities and the terms governing recognition of informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information,the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") informsabout appointment of managing persons for the new terms of office.

Bożena Leśniewska, Jolanta Dudek, Witold Drożdż and Piotr Jaworskireappointed for the new terms of office to the Orange Polska ManagementBoard

On February 16, 2021: the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska reappointedMs. Bożena Leśniewska, Ms. Jolanta Dudek, Mr. Witold Drożdż, Mr. PiotrJaworski for the next terms of office as members of the ManagementBoard. The renewals were made before the expiration of the current termsof office. The new terms of office start on the day of the next AnnualGeneral Meeting that will accept the financial statements of OrangePolska for 2020, for a period of three years. Bożena Leśniewska is theVice President in charge of Business Market, Witold Drożdż is the BoardMember in charge of Strategy and Corporate Affairs, Jolanta Dudek is theBoard Member in charge of Customer Experience, Piotr Jaworski is theBoard Member in charge of Networks and Technology.

Ms. Bożena Leśniewska(born 1965), Vice-President ofthe Management Board in charge of Business Market and responsible forIntegrated Solutions and BlueSoft. She has over twenty years' experiencein management and technology. She consistently moved up the ladder, froma sales representative (DHL), manager and regional director (Polkomtel)and HQ department director (Polkomtel, PTK Centertel, TelekomunikacjaPolska S.A.) to Executive Director and Management Board Member at OrangePolska.

She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the Academy ofLeadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology BusinessSchool, and AMP at INSEAD. She is a member of the Responsible LeadershipCouncil of the Responsible Business Forum, a member of the ProfessionalWomen Network and the President of LiderShe. Furthermore, she is hasbeen an active mentor in mentoring programmes held by Vital Voics,Perspektywy Education Foundation and others.

According to her statement, Ms. Bożena Leśniewska does not conduct anybusiness activity outside Orange Polska and is not a partner in anypartnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a memberof a governing body of any incorporated company or any other legalentity which would be competitive to Orange Polska. Ms. BożenaLeśniewska is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Ms. Jolanta Dudek(born 1964), Management Board Member in chargeof Customer Experience since 2015. She began her career intelecommunications at PTK Centertel in 2000, holding managementpositions related to mass customer care and taking part in thedevelopment of customer service for the "Idea" mobile network. Between2004 and 2010, she served as Director of Business Customer Service forthe Orange network. In October 2010, she was appointed Director ofMobile Business Customer Service in Orange Customer Service. FromNovember 2013, she was the Executive Director in charge of Customer Carein Orange Polska. Until incorporation of Orange Customer Service intoOrange Polska's main structure in 2016, she served as CEO of OrangeCustomer Service. She has been responsible for the area of Customer Careand Customer Excellence in Orange Polska since 2014.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Philology at the University ofSilesia and postgraduate studies in European Economy Management with adiploma from French Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and theWarsaw School of Economics (SGH). She is also a graduate of postgraduatestudies at the Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University ofTechnology Business School. She is also an experienced Lead Auditor ofQuality Management System ISO 2002 and Customer Operations PerformanceCenter (COPC®) Co-ordinator.

Mr. Witold Drożdż(born 1974). In Orange Polska since2012, namely as Executive Director in charge of Corporate Affairs from2012 to 2018, and Management Board Member in charge of Strategy andCorporate Affairs since 2018. From 2010 to 2012, he was theVice-President of the Management Board and then acting President of theManagement Board of PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A. Between 2007 and 2010, heserved as Deputy Minister of Interior and Administration, responsiblefor the development of information society and public records, as wellas Chairman of the government Digital Poland Committee and a member ofthe government Committee for Energy Security and the inter-ministerialCommittee for Digital TV and Radio Broadcasting.

He was awarded Info-Star (2009), INFOSTAT (2009) and Electronic EconomyAmbassador (2008) awards. He sits on the Orange Foundation Board and thedialogue and the University of Warsaw Co-operation and Dialogue Council.He is a graduate of Law and International Relations at the University ofWarsaw and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at StanfordUniversity.

Mr. Piotr Jaworski(born 1961), Management Board Member in chargeof Network and Technology since November 2018. From September 2016 heheld the position of Executive Director in charge of Network andTechnology in Orange Polska. He is a member of the Orange NetworkExperts Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards ofTP Teltech and NetWorkS!

Piotr Jaworski has been working at Orange Polska (formerlyTelekomunikacja Polska) since 1991, initially as the Technical Managerin the Białystok Technical Unit, then, in the Company's headquarters, asthe Director of the Business Customer Relations Department and RegionalExecutive Director (for South and Central Regions). Between 2007 and2013, he was the Technical Customer Service Director. Then, until 2016,he worked as the Service Delivery and Maintenance Director, responsiblefor technical processes of service provision and maintenance (for bothOrange customers and alternative operators), network investments(including VHBB FTTH roll-out) and active network maintenance. He hasbeen the leader of several projects in customer experience development.He has been involved in charity work for years.

He graduated in electronic engineering from the Warsaw University ofTechnology and holds MBA qualifications from the University of Gdańskand the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
