Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Article 5(4) of the Decreeof the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("OrangePolska") informs that Jean-François Fallacher has accepted an offer tobecome the CEO of Orange Spain and will step down as CEO of OrangePolska as of September 1st 2020.

Jean-François Fallacher informed Orange Polska today that he has decidedto accept Orange Group's offer to become the CEO of Orange Spain as ofSeptember 1st 2020. He will remain the President of the Management Boardof Orange Polska until August 31st 2020. The Supervisory Board of OrangePolska will select Jean-François Fallacher's successor not later thanJuly 1st 2020.

Maciej Witucki, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska said:"During the past four year Jean-François Fallacher together with theManagement team of Orange Polska has led the company through asuccessful turnaround. Multi-year streaks of falling revenues andoperating profitability were reversed and Orange Polska proved it isable to grow again. This is a consequence of the well-implemented,ambitious Orange.one strategy, aimed at establishing a sustainablebusiness model for value creation. This success would not have beenpossible without the strong engagement of the entire Management team. Ithank Jean-François Fallacher for his commitment and I wish himsuccesses in meeting new challenges."
