Pursuant to art. 5, item 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuersof securities and the terms governing recognition of informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information,the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska ") informsabout appointment of managing persons.

On October 18, 2018 the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska appointed twonew Management Board Members;

•Mr. Witold Drożdż, a Management Board Member in charge of Strategy andCorporate Affairs

•Mr. Piotr Tadeusz Jaworski, a Management Board Member in charge ofNetwork and Technology

The new Management Board Members will take up new positions on November1, 2018.

The CEO of Orange Polska Jean-François Fallacher said: "I would like tooffer my congratulations to Piotr and Witold on their joining the OrangePolska Management Board. This appointment recognizes their competenceand commitment, as well as emphasizing the importance of strategyimplementation and network development to Orange Polska. Witold Drożdż (born 1974), since 2012 has worked as Executive Directorin charge of Corporate Affairs at Orange Polska.From 2010 to 2012 he wasVice-President of the Management Board and then acting President of theManagement Board for PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A.Between 2007 and 2010 heserved as Deputy Minister of the Interior and Administration,responsible for the development of information society, ICT and publicrecords, as well as Chairman of the government committee "DigitalPoland", and a member of the government committee in charge of EnergySafety and the inter-ministerial committee of Digital TV and RadioBroadcasting.He was awarded Info-Star (2009), INFOSTAT (2009) andElectronic Economy Ambassador (2008) awards. He is a member of the Boardof Orange Foundation.He is a graduate of Law and International Relationsat the University of Warsaw and has completed the Stanford ExecutiveProgram at Stanford University.According to his statement, Mr. WitoldDrożdż does not conduct any business activity outside Orange Polska andis not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type ofpartnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated companyor any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska.Mr. Witold Drożdż is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Piotr Tadeusz Jaworski (born 1961), since September 2016 has held theposition of Chief Technology Officer at Orange Polska. He is a member ofthe Orange Network Experts Committee as well as the Orange Polska EthicsCommittee, and he is the Chairman of the TP Teltech SupervisoryBoard.Mr. Jaworski has worked at Orange Polska (former TelekomunikacjaPolska) since 1991, initially as the Technical Manager in the BiałystokTechnical Unit, then, in the company's Headquarters, as Director of theBusiness Customers Care Department and Regional Executive Director (forSouth and Central Regions). Between 2007 and 2013, he was the TechnicalCustomer Service Director. Then, until 2016, he worked as the ServiceDelivery and Maintenance Director, responsible for technical processesof service provision and maintenance (for both Orange customers andalternative operators), network investments (including VHBB FTTHroll-out) and active network maintenance. He has been the leader ofseveral projects in customer experience development. He has beeninvolved in charity work for years.He graduated in electronicengineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and holds MBAqualifications from the University of Gdańsk and the University ofStrathclyde in Glasgow.

According to his statement, Mr. Piotr Tadeusz Jaworski does not conductany business activity outside Orange Polska and is not a partner in anypartnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a memberof a governing body of any incorporated company or any other legalentity which would be competitive to Orange Polska. Mr. Piotr TadeuszJaworski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the National Court Register Act.
