Pursuant to Art. 17 clause 1 of theRegulations (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) andrepealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC ("MAR Regulation"), the Management Board of Orange PolskaS.A. ("Orange Polska") hereby informs about resignation of a managingperson.On 24 November 2017 Piotr Muszyński,Vice-President of the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. in chargeof Strategy & Transformation resigned from his position with immediateeffect for personal reasons.
The President of the Management Board, Jean-François Fallacher, said:"After 16 years of work in Orange Polska Group, Piotr Muszyński resignedfrom his position as a member of the Management Board of Orange Polska.I would like to thank Piotr for his important professional contributiontowards building Orange Polska position as #1 network operator. Hisresignation is due to personal reasons. At the same time I would like toinform that I will take over management responsibilities in the area ofstrategy and transformation."Moreover,the Company informs, that pursuant to Art. 17 clause 4 of MARRegulation, the Company took decision to delay to the public disclosureof the above mentioned inside information.
