Description

Orange Minerals NL (‘OMX’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Monday, 6 December 2021.

Official quotation of OMX’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:30 PM (AEDT) on Wednesday, 8 December 2021.

OMX raised A$7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 19 October 2021 (the ‘Prospectus’) and supplementary prospectus dated 22 November 2021 (the ‘Supplementary Prospectus’) by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share.
