Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 10, 2024, David Silberman, the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary (the "CFO") of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Company"), resigned from his positions with the Company for personal reasons, effective as of July 12, 2024. The Company has initiated a search process to appoint a new CFO.
