Update re Subscription

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces that, further to its announcement of 18 September 2018, it has received the outstanding balance of subscription funds of £85,000 from the two relevant subscribers. Accordingly, the Company has sufficient working capital into Q1 2019.
