Oracle Power PLC (AIM: ORCP), an international project developer, announces that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD on Thursday, 8 August 2024 at 11.00 a.m. (the "AGM").

The Notice of AGM and associated Form of Proxy are today being sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at: http://www.oraclepower.co.uk/ in addition to the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, as previously announced.
