Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, today announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Forms have been posted to shareholders and are available for download on the Company's website at www.oraclepower.co.uk.  The Annual General Meeting will be held at 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED on Tuesday 16 July 2019 at 2.30pm.
