Appointment of Consultant

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, confirms that, as advised in its release dated 20 September 2018, Mr Anthony Scutt, who was a director of the Company up to the Company's Annual General Meeting, was appointed as a consultant to the Company with effect from 1 August 2018 for a fee of £2,000 per month (the "Consultancy Agreement"). 

Related Party Transaction

As Mr Scutt has been a director of the Company within the previous twelve months, this constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies.  The directors of the Company consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, Strand Hanson Limited, that the terms of Mr Scutt's Consultancy Agreement are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
