Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Oracle (AIM: ORCP) announces that the Company has been made aware of the following shareholdings in the Company as at 15 March 2016:

·    Power Equity Investments Limited has a direct interest in 153,846,154 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 16.9% of the issued share capital, and

·    Nazario Consultancy Limited has a direct interest in 62,159,230 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 6.8% of the issued share capital.
