Change of Broker

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Shard Capital Limited ("Shard") as joint broker to the Company, together with existing broker, Brandon Hill Capital Limited.

Further to this, the Company announces that Peterhouse Capital Limited is no longer broker to the Company.

Mark Steed, Chairman of Oracle, said:

"Oracle is pleased to welcome Shard as an incoming broker. Their expertise and focus amongst both private clients and the small cap market should prove highly complementary to the Company's existing advisors as the Company enters into an exciting stage in the development of Oracle's flagship Block VI project in Thar."
