Restoration of Trading

Ora Technology PLC (AQSE: Ora) announced on 21 March 2025 the terms of a recommended all share offer made by Kondor AI PLC to acquire more than 50% of the issued ordinary share capital of Ora.

Accordingly, the Company's shares, which were suspended from trading on the AQSE Growth Market with effect from 23 August 2024, are being restored to trading on AQSE Growth Market with effect from 8:00 am today.
