Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX: OBM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Ora Banda Mining Limited (‘OBM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of OBM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 1 March 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ORA BANDA MINING LIMITED– REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT PURSUANT TO LISTING RULE 17.1

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX: OBM) (“Ora Banda”, “Company”) requests an immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities (ASX code: OBM).

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, OBM provides the following information:

• the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising;

• OBM requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above and the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 1 March 2024; and

• OBM is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
