Extension of Prospectus Offer

Eastern Goldfields Limited (ASX: EGS) ( Eastern Goldfields or the Company ) advises that the Closing Date of the Offer pursuant to the Prospectus dated 16 April 2018, has been further extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm AWST on Friday, 13 July 2018.

A revised indicative timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows:
