EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS OFFER

Eastern Goldfields Limited (ASX: EGS) advises that the Closing Date of the Offer pursuant to the Prospectus dated 21 April 2017, has been further extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm AWST on Friday, 14 July 2017.

A revised indicative timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows:
