EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS OFFER

Eastern Goldfields Limited ( Eastern Goldfields or the Company ) (ASX:EGS) advises that the Closing Date of the Offer pursuant to the Prospectus dated 24 December 2015, has been further extended. The Offer will now close at 5.00pm AWST on Friday, 19 February 2016.

A revised indicative timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows:

Closing Date – 19 February 2016

Expected allotment of Shares under the Offer – 2 March 2016

Expected date for despatch of holding statements for Shares under the Offer – 4 March 2016
