CHANGE IN COMPANY OFFICEHOLDERS
Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX: OBM) (“Ora Banda”, “Company”) announces the appointment of John Sanders as the Company’s General Counsel & Joint Company Secretary. Mr Sanders’ appointment as Company Secretary is effective from 20 January 2026.
Mr Sanders has 30 years’ experience in corporate law, governance and company secretarial matters. His most recent roles have included General Counsel & Company Secretary at ASX-listed Allkem Limited and Leo Lithium Ltd.
Susan Park will continue as Joint Company Secretary and the person responsible for communication with ASX on behalf of the Company. Doug Warden has resigned as Joint Company Secretary following Mr Sanders’ appointment to that role but remains the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
