CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX:OBM) (Ora Banda or the Company) announces the resignation of Julie Athanasoff as the Company’s Joint Company Secretary and General Counsel, effective from 7 November 2025. The Board thanks Ms Athanasoff for her valuable contributions and wishes her continued success in her future endeavours.

Susan Park will continue as Company Secretary and the person responsible for communication with ASX on behalf of the Company.

Doug Warden, currently CFO of Ora Banda, is appointed as CFO and Joint Company Secretary, effective from 7 November, 2025.
