Change of Auditor
Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX:OBM) ( Ora Banda or the Company ) announces that it has received formal consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ) to change auditors.
ASIC consent to the change of auditor follows approval of this change by the Company’s shareholders at its annual general meeting held on 15 November 2019.
In accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 26 the Company provides the following information:
