Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary

Eastern Goldfields Limited (ASX: EGS or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brendon Morton as Company Secretary, effective 1 July 2018.

Mr Morton holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA) and the Governance Institute of Australia.

The Company also announces the resignation of Ms Shannon Coates as Company Secretary, effective 30 June 2018. The Board thanks Ms Coates for her services to the Company.
