The Board advises they have accepted the resignation of Matthew Gill effective of today's date.

Additionally the Board advises Ian Huitson, currently Operations Director, has been appointed as Managing Director.

Ian and myself have worked together at Consolidated Minerals Limited for many years where he was the heart and soul of the mine planning, mine engineering and mining operations.

It gives me great personal satisfaction that the Board have appointed Ian as Managing Director.
