Managing Director Appointment

Monarch Gold Mining Company Limited (ASX:MON) advises that Michael Kiernan has been appointed as Managing Director effective from today. Mr Kiernan’s remuneration package is still to be settled by the Board and will be announced once finalised.

The Board also advises that Ian Huitson has been re-appointed as the Operations Director.

Additionally, the Board advises that Patrick McCole has stepped down as Company Secretary and that Keith Vuleta has been appointed as the new Company Secretary in addition to being the Finance Director.
