2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – KEY DATES
Ora Banda Mining Limited (ASX: OBM) (“Ora Banda” or “the Company”) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 at 2.00pm (WST) at the the offices of KPMG, 235 St George's Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 6.10 of the Company’s Constitution, a valid nomination for the position of Director must be received by the Company not less than 35 business days before the date of the annual general meeting (being 10 October 2023).
Further information on the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to ASX on or before Friday, 27 October 2023.
