EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT Share buy-back

OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Street, Budapest, HU-1062; company registry place: Registry Court of Budapest; company registration number: 01-10-042533) ('Company') hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the Company is planning a share buy-back with FIXED transactions for a minimum consideration of HUF 1,000,000,000 on a trading day between December 15, 2025 and January 31, 2026, which will be determined later.

On the day of the FIXED transactions, share buy-back shall not take place in the framework of the daily trading system of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The FIXED transactions must comply with the conditions and the framework set out on in the Resolution No. 8/2025 (IV.30.) of the General Meeting.

The date, the details and the procedure of the share buy-back with FIXED transactions will be determined and announced later by the Company.
