OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Road, Budapest 1062, Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) fulfilling its obligation to provide extraordinary information, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that today the Company acquired 469 719 OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. common shares (ISIN: HU0000110226) from a company directly and solely owned by the Company, Opus Management Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (headquarters: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 59.; Company registration number: 01-09- 434391; tax number: 32630620-2-42; hereinafter referred to as: "Opus Management"). as part of in over-the-counter transaction.

Following the transactions, the number of own shares directly owned by Opus Management decreased from 15,369,719 to 14,900,000, and the number of own shares directly owned by the Company increased from 41,096,656 to 41,566,375. Following the transaction, the Company directly and indirectly owns a total of 159,979,196 (22,91%) shares.
