EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT ON TRANSACTION OF THE PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THE SHARES OF THE COMPANY

OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Road, Budapest 1062, Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) – in accordance with Article 19 (3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (MAR) – hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following.

Opus Management Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 59.; company number: 01-09-434391; hereinafter referred to as: Opus Management Kft.), as a closely associated person to persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company based on Article 3, paragraph 1 (26) point d) of the MAR, informed the Company under Article 19 (1) of MAR that on 8 th July 2025, Opus Management Kft. transferred to the Company pieces of 469 719 ordinary shares.
