EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT

OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: Opus Global Public Limited Company) (seat of business: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 59.; company registration number: 01- 10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) – fulfilling its obligation to provide extraordinary information – hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that Hunguest Szálláshelyszolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 1056 Budapest, Váci utca 38.; Company registration number: 01-10-142591; Tax number: 32431081-2-44, hereinafter referred to as: Hunguest Zrt.) notified the Company that in the public procurement procedure titled "Provision of accommodation capacity for the Budapest Police Headquarters," launched by the contracting authority, Hunguest Zrt. was selected as the winning tenderer with its bid containing a net offer price of HUF 5,990 per person per night.

Since 2011, Hunguest Hotels has participated on several occasions in public procurement procedures conducted by the Budapest Police Headquarters and the National Police Headquarters, where—based on the evaluation criteria—it was awarded contracts as one of the tenderers submitting the most advantageous offers for the provision of accommodation services within the administrative boundaries of the City of Budapest.
