OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Road, Budapest 1062, Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) fulfilling its obligation to provide extraordinary information, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that according to the notification of Mészáros és Mészáros Ipari, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: Fő utca 65. Felcsút 8086, Hungary; company registration number: 07-10-001584; tax number: 27420322-2-07; hereinafter referred to as: 'Mészáros és Mészáros Zrt.'), which is belonging direct ownership to the Company have made the winning bids together with Belfry PE Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: Gyapot Utca 4, Budapest, 1116, Hungary) in public procurement procedure, called ""NyMJV -Ipari Park kivitelezés (II. tervezési ütem)" – 1. rész: Közműudvar és szennyvíztelep fejlesztése" announced by Nyíregyháza Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata (4400 Nyíregyháza, Kossuth Tér 1.), as the contracting authority, with the bids of the best pricevalue ratio in the net amount of HUF 17,499,299,836 (of which the share of Mészáros and Mészáros Zrt. is net of HUF 8,749,649,918).
