OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Road, Budapest 1062, Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) fulfilling its obligation to provide extraordinary information, hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the directly owned Mészáros és Mészáros Ipari, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (headquarters: 8086 Felcsút, Fő utca 65.; Company registration number: 07-10-001584; tax number: 27420322-2-07) on December 15, 2025 acquired 1 101 834 common shares from OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. (ISIN: HU0000110226) as part of in over-thecounter transaction.

Following the transactions, the number of own shares directly owned by OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. decreased from 45 089 444 to 43 987 610, and the number of own shares directly owned by Mészáros és Mészáros Zrt. increased from 11,892,260 to 12 994 094. Following the transaction, OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. directly and indirectly owns a total of 163 502 265 (23,41%) equity shares.
