MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc.'s HUF denominated MJ28NF02 MBH covered bond was subscribed

On the basis of the section 55-56 of Act CXX of 2001 on capital market (Capital Markets Act) and the order 24/2008. (VIII.15.) of the Minister of Finance (on detailed regulation of information obligation of the publicly issued securities) the MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc. (MBH MB) (1117 Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körútja 9. G ép.) informs its esteemed investors, that the public subscription of the eighth tap of MJ28NF02 (ISIN:HU0000653829) MBH covered bond took place on September 26, 2025 (settlement: September 30, 2025). The issued nominal amount of the eighth tap of HUF denominated, fixed rate covered bond maturing in 2028 is HUF 453,700,000 (45,370 pieces) the total nominal amount is 10,368,690,000 (1,036,869 pieces).
