MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc.'s HUF denominated MJ28NF02 MBH covered bond was subscribed

On the basis of the section 55-56 of Act CXX of 2001 on capital market (Capital Markets Act) and the order 24/2008. (VIII.15.) of the Minister of Finance (on detailed regulation of information obligation of the publicly issued securities) the MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc. (MBH MB) (1117 Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körútja 9. G ép.) informs its esteemed investors, that the public subscription of the sixth tap of MJ28NF02 (ISIN:HU0000653829) MBH covered bond took place on July 29, 2025 (settlement: July 31, 2025). The issued nominal amount of the sixth tap of HUF denominated, fixed rate covered bond maturing in 2028 is HUF 559,940,000 (55,994 pieces) the total nominal amount is 9,731,130,000 (973,113 pieces).
