MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc.'s HUF denominated MK33NV01 senior unsecured bond was subscribed

On the basis of the section 55-56 of Act CXX of 2001 on capital market (Capital Markets Act) and the order 24/2008. (VIII.15.) of the Minister of Finance (on detailed regulation of information obligation of the publicly issued securities) the MBH Mortgage Bank Co. Plc. (MBH MB) (1117 Budapest, Magyar Tudósok körútja 9. G ép.) informs its esteemed investors, that within the framework of its 2025-2026 domestic Issuance program MBHMB organized a public subscription and issued the first tap of MK33NV01 (ISIN:HU0000365556) senior unsecured bond on 16, July 2025 (settlement: 18, July 2025). The issued nominal amount of the HUF denominated, floating rate bond maturing in 2033 is HUF 25,000,000,000 (2,500,000 pieces).
