The total holdings in Optomed shares and votes held by Optomed Plc has decreased
to 4.61 per cent of all of the registered shares in Optomed on 17 February 2021.
Optomed has disclosed this decrease of treasury shares separately on 19 February
2021.

The total number of the Company’s registered shares amounts to 14,003,144
shares. Each share entitles to one vote.
