(henceforth the "Bank"), following relevant notifications received on 18 December 2025, from Mr. Theofanis Voutsaras, non-executive member of the BoD of the Bank, hereby announces that on 15 December 2025, Mr. Voutsaras, sold 5,000 shares at a total transaction value of € 39,520.8.

Mr. Voutsaras is subject to the obligation to disclose his transactions involving shares issued by the Bank in accordance with Article 19 of EU regulation 596/2014.
