consideration of the purchase of Vegenics Limited.
A further 1,155,000 Circadian shares are being issued
to LICR (532,455 shares) and Licentia (622,545
shares) on the 2ndanniversary of Circadian’s
acquisition of Vegenics Limited (i.e. 2 years from 14
August 2008).
