Resignation of CFO and Company Secretary.

Circadian announces that its CFO and Company Secretary Ms Susan Madden has provided notice that she will resign as CFO and Company Secretary of Circadian Technologies Limited with effect from 28 February 2013.

Susan is leaving Circadian to take up an appointment as Commercial Manager at South East Water. Her replacement will be the subject of a further announcement.

The Board wishes to thank Susan for her support and commitment to the Company during her tenure.
