Ms Natalie Korchev to resign as CFO & Company Secretary of Circadian

The Board of Directors of Circadian today announced that Ms Natalie Korchev has provided notice that she will resign as CFO, Head of Operations and Company Secretary of Circadian effective 14 May 2010. Natalie is resigning after 10 years of employment with the company.

Circadian chairman, Ms Dominique Fisher, said “Natalie has seen the company through its transition from a biotech incubator to a cancer drug development company. On behalf of the board I thank Natalie for all her valuable contributions over the years.”

“Natalie has played a major role at Circadian throughout her 10 years and her contributions have been invaluable to the continuing development and evolution of the company. We wish her all the very best in her future endeavours” said Circadian’s Managing Director Robert Klupacs.

The company has commenced the process for identifying and recruiting a suitable candidate to fill the role.
