Robert Klupacs, CEO Elect, appointment to Circadian Board

Further to our announcement on 3 December 2007 regarding the appointment of Robert Klupacs as Chief Executive Officer of Circadian we are now pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Robert as Managing Director of the company effective from 1 March 2008.
