Resignation as a Director of Circadian Technologies Limited – Mr Graeme Kaufman

We would like to advise that Mr Graeme Kaufman has today resigned from the Board of Directors of Circadian Technologies Limited after six years service with the company. Graeme will be leaving Circadian towards the end of this calendar year to pursue personal interests.
