Annual General Meeting Date

Melbourne, Australia Tuesday 16, September 2025, and Princeton, N.J., Monday 15, September 2025 -- Opthea Limited (ASX/NASDAQ: OPT, “Opthea”, the “Company”), advises that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 9am (AEDT) on 11 November 2025.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of director nominations is 23 September 2025. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on this date at the Company’s registered office.
