Change of date for Circadian’s 2009 AGM

Circadian Technologies Limited (ASX:CIR) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday, 19 November 2009 (previously advised in the Appendix 4E lodged on 20 August 2009 to be held on Thursday, 12 November 2009). The venue of the AGM remains the same: Computershare Conference Centre, Yarra Falls, 452 Johnston Street, Abbotsford, Victoria.
