(the “ Corporation ”), undertake, for and on behalf of the Corporation and not in my personal name, that a copy of any agreement, contract or material contract, as described in section 4.2 (a) (x) of Regulation 44-101 respecting Short Form Prospectus Distributions , that will be executed on or before the completion of the distribution, as the case may be, will be filed promptly with the Regulatory Authorities and in any event no later than seven days after its execution.
