Notice of Dividend

OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, announces that a final dividend of 0.72p per share will be paid on 22 December 2017 to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2017, subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting being held at the offices of FIM Capital Limited, IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man at 11.30 am on 31 October 2017.  Together with the interim dividend of 0.26p per share, paid in February 2017, this makes a total for the year of 0.98p per share.

There will be a scrip alternative, based on a reference price to be calculated on 15 November 2017 and announced on 16 November 2017. A scrip election form will be despatched to shareholders on 17 November 2017.  The last date for the scrip election will be 1 December 2017.
